PROJECT:
As Creative Group Head and senior copywriter at an Omnicom creative advertising agency, I was assigned to The Original Steakhouse account. At the time, not many restaurants in South Florida had successfully combined a good steakhouse with an adjoining 13-giant screen sports bar theater. So when it came time to write a radio spot to convey this fun, family-friendly dining experience, I reasoned, why not use two “play by play” sportscasters to deliver my copy message in an attention-getting radio advertising production.
PROJECT:
The "Birthday" poster and table tent was part of a sales promotion campaign for Original Steakhouse & Sports Theatre that also included street teams distributing door hangers (like the "referee" creative shown above) into residential communities and office buildings surrounding the restaurants.
